Gently pull your eyelids and use a few drops to spray the black waterproof pencil inner ring. Then arrange the inside of your lower eyelash line, and finally your upper eyelash line. Mix the colors into eyelashes with angled brushes.
Use a black liquid pen to form four evenly spaced dashes on the pencil line on your upper eyelash line and connect it.
Close your eyes and move your fingers out with the folds of the cover. When you encounter the bones of your eyes, mark the points with a liquid liner. Place the tip of the liquid pen on the point and drag it to the outer corner of the eye. This produces the appearance of the cat's "wings".
